I watched this heart rending video..One of the counselors, a physician I knew in Iran, Dr. Masih Farahangi, was also martyred at the wake of the Revolution in 1979. You will see a photo of a leg [his leg in this video], with his name written on it in Persian in blue.
He had a bad heart, and he used to always say I should have died a long time ago but Bahauallah has kept me alive, and I do not know why…
When I learned the news of his martyrdom, I loudly called to his soul and said: well Dr Farhangi now you know why Bahaullah has kept you alive in spite your bad heart…He wanted to give you the great honor of martyrdom…he pioneered in Turkey and Iraq. In the sixties he was one of the friends who resided over and signed the wedding document of my sister Golrokh Ashchi and her Husband Badi Akhtarkhavariin Istambul Turkey.
If anyone has the book by Hand of the Cause of God William Sears, “A Cry From the Heart”, you can read more about Dr Farhangi and about his will wchic his jailers had allowed him to write in prison just before he was executed. So moving. He is now in the highest paradise, in the presence of his Lord.
